Well I was trying to pull bearings today on my sportster wheels to get them prepped for powder coating. But I was having a helluva time with my slide hammer bearing puller. They wouldn't budge. Now I know the proper way would have been to go buy the harley bearing puller but damn I'm cheap and didn't feel like it today. So I decided that since I'm gonna be ditching these bearings anyway I would just make my own little bearing puller. Worked like a champ and it was free... Can't beat that. Well just wanted to share if some of you guys out there are budget builders like me that don't have all the fancy tools and the big money. Now time to sand blast these wheels....
